What if Bootstrap is used as a low-level base for another framework on top of it, so semantics is really moved up? If framework allows for smooth composability, and does not leak abstractions too much, it's separation of concern does not matter in such case.

I may be concerned JavaScript is written in C++, which I may consider total unsafe crap. Should JavaScript then be avoided?
