We are talking about androids - robots, which remind human in form. Industry already uses all kinds of robots (they are in millions now, I guess), and human form is not always beneficial unless you mean care for the elderly, some healthcare tasks (health-hazardous and emergency ones) and such.
So androids are a niche. Developing countries have enough people and will hardly possess the hi-tech. Developed countries will hardly see many androids because those will still not be cheap at first, so will not be even developed in the first place because of skepticism.
I'd wish smarter robots (or at least "thin" smarter robots - centrally controlled) can take care of the heaps of garbage humans created... That is where AI is needed. And investments will soon pour into.
Dirtiest jobs first.
