Regarding saving examples, writing tests and docs - saving them in the form of code, code for tests and documentation in the form, which is standard for the team is still preferable than using some proprietary tool which is here today and not here tomorrow.

As for sharing collections - fair point, but those can be shared in some other form as when, eg, OpenAPI.
