I've understood the article so that "filling the blanks" does not make programmer good. Then my suggestion is that good programmers should be able to build frameworks, not just use them. This is how I've understood "above mediocrity" level.

Also, I argue that 10x programmers are those, who know how to make tools to remove repetitive tasks.
