I wonder if other occupations do any better job ads. My guess they do not always. However job ads play important function. Candidates may use points there as requirements meaning I mastered all those TDDs and you now tell me I am rejected due to some SOLID, which was not mentioned! Those candidates will go and badmouth the company for misleading job advertisements.
