I guess everyone with some experience in the field recognizes those bad traits, but why do you call developers possessing them "overperformers"? Otherwise looks like what you describe has nothing to do with performance, and more like "being in hurry" and neglecting both software quality and crucial team processes.

Overperformer means someone, who overperforms, which means someone, who performs better than expected.
